Founder & CEO, Complete Woman CIC
Rev Eve Maloba is the visionary founder of Complete Woman CIC, a community-focused initiative dedicated to empowering women—especially those from marginalized backgrounds—to discover their identity, build confidence, and fulfil their purpose. With over two decades of pastoral ministry experience, she has devoted her life to supporting women in their spiritual, personal, and social growth.
As a pastor, prophetic intercessor, identity coach, and mentor, Rev Eve provides guidance that helps women overcome challenges such as low self-esteem, abuse, and social barriers. Through Complete Woman, she leads impactful programs, workshops, and community initiatives designed to uplift and equip women with the tools they need to thrive.
Rev Eve is also the author of Be Yourself: How to Fulfil Your Destiny Through the Power of Self-Discovery. Through her teaching, leadership, and advocacy, she continues to inspire women to embrace their God-given identity and rise with confidence, clarity, and courage in every area of life.
National Recognition & Awards
Complete Woman CIC was nominated for the Rebuilding Lives Category at the Anti-Slavery Awards 2025 by the Human Trafficking Foundation, recognising the organisation's impact in protecting migrant workers from exploitation and systemic harm.
Pioneering Campaigns & Initiatives
Through her work with Complete Woman CIC, Rev. Eve has:
- Co-visioned the Leeds Sponsored Workers Hub - A groundbreaking support system for migrant workers in sponsored employment
- Initiated the Humans Not Commodities: Work Justice Campaign - Now adopted nationally by Citizens UK, this campaign challenges exploitative labour practices and advocates for dignity in work
